If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
In requesting a return, please ensure the following:
- The product is unworn.
- The product is in original packaging.
- All items are returned, including case and cloth.
After a return is requested and approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Once your package has been received, please allow up to 5 days for your return to process.
You will receive an email once your return has processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days for your refund to post to your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Returns for a full refund are accepted if shipped within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless a defective or incorrect item is received. Shipping charges are non-refundable
We aim to deliver eyewear of the finest quality, and we inspect all product before shipment. If an item has arrived damaged or defective, please contact email@example.com immediately so that we may replace it.
