To start a return please sign in to or create an account HERE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
In requesting a return, please ensure the following:
- The product is unworn.
- The product is in original packaging.
- All items are returned, including case and cloth.
Product returned with obvious wear, makeup, scratches or missing cases will be sent back.
To submit a return request:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
Upon delivery at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 days for your return to process. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days for your refund to post to your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns for a full refund are accepted if shipped within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless a defective or incorrect item is received. Shipping charges are non-refundable
We aim to deliver eyewear of the finest quality, and we inspect all product before shipment. If an item has arrived damaged or defective, please contact info@saintowen.com immediately so that we may replace it.
Please be advised, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if product is
damaged by customer.
